The buttons in the main view are now on the left side and the creation button is now green, while the discard button is red.

Version 1.2.0: Add SuperEditor role to steer publish-button more precisely

The package comes with a simplified publish button which has no workspace selector and directly opens the publication modal. This version adds a new role CodeQ.AdvancedPublish:SuperEditor which allows the use of the conventional publish button, including the workspace selector.
