Updated Green Scraper project details like co-leads, Google Drive folder, meeting notes and schedule, etc.
Since William doesn't have capacity anymore to co-lead the project I will support @Al-HusseinHameedJasim as a co-lead for the meantime (or until someone else would be motivated to take over the role). This is a project with a small, clear scope so I think that it should be ok.
Updated tracking issue #345 accordingly.
