  1. Skip some tests on arm64 

    These tests reproducibly cause test failures on arm64, so it is better
to skip them rather than let people get used to failing tests.

Alternatives to this commit would be:
* Make test pass on all architechtures
* Only enable tests on known-good architechtures (which are these?)
