Agenda

• Milestone shortcomings will be reviewed based on general feedback received from the instructor and assistant.
• UML diagrams will be discussed.
• The potential division into backend, frontend, and Android subgroups will be discussed.

Action Items

• Based on the general feedback, deficiencies will be rectified. For instance, adding acceptance criteria to the scenarios.
• The assistant will be contacted to gather more information regarding UML diagrams, and necessary actions will be initiated based on the insights obtained.
• A survey will be conducted among group members to ascertain their preferences for working in specific areas. Additionally, research will be conducted on each subgroup to provide insights for decision-making.
