Intended to be a complete engine to execute a poker game for multiple players.

Stage 1: Build core utilities and entities such as hand evaluation
Stage 2: Build basic game logic to allow joining, check/bet/raise/fold, and round progression.
Stage 3: Blinds, moving dealer, split pots etc...
