Previous code gave an error message if perfectly discriminatory taxa (those that exactly distinguish between reference or target of covariate) were in the biom table. Now, gives a warning message and automatically looks for perfectly discriminatory taxa and filters them out from the biom table.

Thanks - I'll try the workflow out myself and, if everything works, I can merge this and then release a new version + upload to PyPI.
