Fixed some spelling/grammar
Changed mamba link to point to recommended install instructions, not deprecated conda install info
Added note re interaction of new mamba install with existing conda install
Revised conda and pip install steps to match 3rd-party library recommendations (and work on my system ;)
Fixed tutorial data path
