What languages does Wudooh support?

Wudooh, supports any language that uses Arabic script, this means languages like Arabic, Persian, Urdu, Pashto, Kurdish, Uyghur, Sindhi and basically any language that uses a variety of the Arabic script.

This is because Wudooh modifies text containing characters in the Arabic Unicode range.

What fonts does Wudooh have?

Wudooh, has over 35 free and open source fonts, including the no-font font (lol wut). You can also add your own fonts using the Custom Fonts (Beta) feature.

Can I get Wudooh on my mobile device?

Unfortunately, no.

Wudooh is a browser extension and only browsers that support extensions will run Wudooh. Currently, no major mobile browser supports extensions. There exist some alternative browsers that support extensions to varying degrees of effectiveness.

Currently Wudooh is only supported on the desktop versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Opera.

There are no plans to support Wudooh on Safari, because Apple are too far up their own asses to support common web standards and APIs.

How can I request a feature or font?

Wudooh is constantly being improved, and your contribution is always welcome! You can request features or fonts on the GitHub issues page or by sending us an email at [email protected].

Where is Wudooh gathering or collecting my data?

Wudooh does not collect or gather any data, there is no back end server of any sort, the extension is fully run on your browser and their is no remote code called or run.

The storage mechanism uses the WebExtensions Storage API which uses synced storage from your Google, Firefox or Microsoft account. If you're not using sync on your browser or using Opera it will just default to using the browser's local storage.

How can I help in the development of Wudooh?

Your contribution is very much welcomed and encouraged!

Currently Wudooh is in need of translators, pull requests to fix issues on the GitHub issues page are greatly welcome but make sure you follow the contribution guidelines.

Remember to describe the bug in detail including platform, browser and browser version, so that it will be easy to replicate.
