This should be used to create a Scarthgap branch. Because of the way GNU Radio finds python it is necessary to set the version of python .bb files that include python. |

Update recipes to build with scarthgap. Pull new versions of OOTs. Added some new OOTs and removed unmaintained OOTs that do not have Python 3 support and GNU Radio 3.10 support.
