terraform v12 does not support naming to start with a digit

Can this be merged? I started this myself as a local fix and was going to fork but the work is already done |

Merged. I must admit I took a pause from this project for a while. But it looks like people are using it, so I will review all outstanding PRs, merge them, and check CI |
