Update package to work with adapters beyond SQL server (currently just synapse/fabric updates)
Change is backwards compatible, e.g. v1.4 of https://github.com/microsoft/dbt-synapse/releases still works, but now v1.8 also works.
Intermediate versions not tested, but no obvious reason why they wouldn't.
