Update all color and B/W SVG to be in line with Google’s NotoEmoji.
The Emoji set supported still is equivalent to Unicode 13.1 (see #84).

Addresses #80 and #81.

Show “unknown flag” glyph if two regional indicators (U+1F1E6 – U+1F1FF) are combined, but no ISO country code exists for that combination.

Known Issues
On macOS 12.0 Beta (21A5506j), the following glyphs won’t render:
