Settings aside, all PRF files that point to theafv-EuroScope--bridge plugin will need to be edited to remove the now redundant link. |

Fixes #686
Replace RDF plugin and remove AFVBridge plugin.
Made this a draft for now to discuss the default settings.
Apart from setting precision values + altitude filters, I'd also increase the radius a little, as the default 20 is pretty small.
