A Twitch Follow notifier for NodeCG

Usage

1. Setup the follow view (by default http://localhost:9090/view/nodecg-follow/) as a global source and add it to all your scenes.
2. Run NodeCG, then open the Dashboard.
3. Click the cog and enter your settings.

• Rework uploading / upload UI
• Add more visual options to reduce reliance on CSS

• If user has connected Twitch to NodeCG, automatically pick up their username
