Here's the large PR for cleaning up a lot of the project code and fixing some small bugs. Especially separating out functionality for dealing project files to its own new module
modelfiles.py.I'll be making smaller PRs to merge directly into
MIT-LCP/physionet-builddirectly. This PR is open for reference.
