"Discharge Me!" Challenge on Streamlining Large Scale Disease Classification and Clinical Documentation

Welcome to "Discharge Me!", the BioNLP ACL'24 Shared Task on Streamlining Discharge Documentation.

The dataset for this shared task is based off the MIMIC-IV dataset. Before accessing and utilizing the provided data split, all participants are required to have signed the data access agreements on PhysioNet.

By requesting access and using the provided Huggingface dataset split, the participants agree to the following:

• Participants will comply with the PhysioNet Credentialed Health Data License 1.5.0 pertaining to the use of the MIMIC-IV dataset and its modules (MIMIC-IV-Note and MIMIC-IV-ED).
• Participants will use the granted access solely for the purpose of participating in "Discharge Me!" at BioNLP ACL'24. Unauthorized use or distribution of the data is prohibited.
• Participants will ensure the confidentiality of the data and will not disclose any protected health information (PHI) if found.
• Participants will acknowledge the use of the MIMIC-IV dataset in any publications, presentations, or reports resulting from their work in "Discharge Me!".
