TooniClub and TooniFab both redirect to Toonily.me. Covers are currently broken for BeeHentai, Toonily.me, and TooniTube (site issue).

On mobile so hard to review the code, but some manga links to external chapters tachiyomiorg/tachiyomi-extensions#13758.

For the chapters API, last time I checked the limit was (IIRC) 50 requests per 10 minutes. Only cache miss/fails affects your quota, there's a cloudflare header for this. If you exceed the quota the site returns how long you have to wait in minutes.
