Feedback:

We can provide a launch.json file so folks can have a 1 button click thing to be able to run the streamlit app and pytest without the need to have them run commands manually.
I added some notes into the README - Please copy out into a new PR what you find to be useful.

@jaymedina Action Items:

This was a placeholder branch/PR to run the validation, please copy out any of these changes that should exist here into a new branch and create a new pull request
