aarch64: Add NVIDIA BlueField-3 to list of enabled SoCs (jsc#PED-8208)

Add BlueField-3 to the list of enabled NVIDIA SoCs (jsc#PED-8032). As a late feature it still needs further testing, and its predecessor BlueField-2 has been a Tech Preview. Signed-off-by: Andreas Färber <[email protected]>
