[X] Performed Testing with Local Maven Publishing
Why move back to JDK 11?
There is an issue with Dokka due to which it is not able to work with JDK 17. Once this is fixed. We can easily move back to JDK 17, Latest AGP and gradle. For now we have to live with JDK 11
