Learn about vigilant mode. 
You can now generate a Yandex OTP in addition to standard TOTP, HOTP and Steam OTP.
The Yandex smartphone app also allows to scan a QR code and use that to login to one of the supported services.
This functionality is *not* covered by KeePassOTP.
