Added the ability to update previews live

Cleaned up some names especially around saving/closing images. OnImageAvailableListener.onImageAvailable(..) now returns an ImageAction instead of a boolean and Camera3.saveImage was refactored into saveImageAsync and saveImageSync

Initial Release

Camera3 is still under heavy development and is not yet stable, but it is complete enough that it could be useful as-is.
