Add a directory of links to different versions of the handbook somewhere at the top of README: gitbooks.io/xy as the place to read, gitbook.com/xy as the place to edit, DOI-version on Zenodo to cite.

The TOC in handbook_content/README.md links to .md files. Accordingly, these links doesn't work anymore when these files are transformed to .html. Can we move to a structure where every chapter is contained in its own folder (as it is already the case with the large "open science basics" chapter), and then link to the folder names? This way, it should resolve always to README as the "entry page" of the respective chapter, both in Github as well as in Gitbook. This is basically what the Gitbook documentation seems to suggest: https://toolchain.gitbook.com/pages.html

As soon as we have the final, "branded" book URL, we might add them to the "red notes" at the top of the Google Doc chapters?

In order to make better use of our "branded" URL https://book.fosteropenscience.eu we should make sure it rather masks https://open-science-training-handbook.gitbooks.io/book/content/ instead of just redirecting to it, if possible? (Just a suggestion.)
