so if you merge that i will rebase!
I've also bumped rust to 1.78, which annoyingly changes the -Z flag... as a workaround to support cargo2junit, i've used the
RUSTC_BOOTSTRAP=1for the test run... which lets us support cargo2junitthis does mean that the test + prod build paths are subtly different... which is annoying but personally i think its ok... wdyt?
