Issue description

Logs have it all, all sorts of errors when launching this on 1.19.2. The logs also mention:
[22:20:30 WARN]: Registry minecraft:item: Object did not get ID it asked for. Name: beyond_earth:moon_desh_ore E xpected: 2389 Got: 6228
For a lot of BE items and blocks, that could be the issue

This happens even if the mod is the only one on the server, and on Forge 43.2.23
