Description
This PR removes
wagtail.contrib.legacy.richtextfrom INSTALLED_APPS insettings.py, given that is an old version that is not used anymore in our codebase or filters funtionality.Link to sample test page: https://foundation-s-tp1-1315-r-iinneh.mofostaging.net/en/
