PaperMC Update Config for Multicraft

To Install

1. Simply place the "paper.jar.conf" into "path/to/multicraft/jar"
2. Go to multicraft web UI
3. Go to Settings > Update Minecraft
4. File choose "Paper"
5. Type choose JAR and Config
6. Action choose Update/Download Only/Install
7. Press "Go"
