Tool now supports Stateflow.

Model Comparison Utility (Version 1.3.1)

No functional changes to the tool. Only edits to documentation, images, readme, etc. This release is primarily created in order to trigger Zenodo to create a DOI for the tool.

Improvements to annotations and tree plotting

• More cases of annotations are now identified as annotations.
• Plotting the comparison tree uses short names to increase readability.
