This project is made to assess the risks of a list of stocks and determine the optimum picks that would provide the least fluctations (safest picks) in one's portfolio.

- a XLS file containing a list of stock tickers.
OUTPUT:
- a XLS file containing the name and quantity of the stocks to pick.
