LSDMappingTools Container v0.2.1 lightweight

The container that has all the python packages needed for LSDMapping tools.
This is a lightweight version that does not contain ffmpeg or latex (so you cannot use usetex = true in your plots.

I keep trying this because docker hub is not autobuilding.
