ITMO

The ITMO project is a cooperation between ITMO University of Saint Petersburg and the University of Leipzig.

It consists of

1. conversion of ITMO University database data to RDF (SPARQL endpoint, Pubby)
2. extension of the existing vivo Ontology to cover the data (Ontology)
3. create applications from the RDF data, such as visualizations (Laboratory Heatmap)

Future work we want to encourage is

• other universities adopting our ontology and interlinking with our data
• new applications using our data
