Bugfixes, react on moderation warn, help us test moderations! (read desc)

Some bugfixes, made it so that users that the bot warned admins about get their message reacted to with a warning emoji

We created a discord server to fine tune our thresholds for the moderations service, it's a controlled environment where you can blow off some steam and say some obscene things in private, and have it contribute to the fine tuning of the bot!
