test: run Enzyme tests on Julia 1.11

• "GC error (probable corruption)" with Enzyme on Julia 1.11 EnzymeAD/Enzyme.jl#2070 (nondeterministic)
• Forward-over-reverse HVP ignores rows for matrix input, only with Julia 1.11 EnzymeAD/Enzyme.jl#2071
