Included environment variables for `PUBLISH_TOKEN`, `CERTIFICATE_CHAIN`, `PRIVATE_KEY`, and `PRIVATE_KEY_PASSWORD` in the build workflow.
The `listProductsReleases` step was removed from the build workflow as it is no longer necessary for preparing the list of IDEs for the Plugin Verifier.
