SickJumps 0.1.1

Oops! I'm dumb. I accidentally built the 32-bit version of 0.1.0 in Debug mode instead of Release; a rookie mistake leading to DLL loading errors for anyone who doesn't have the development version of the CRT libraries installed, which is most people. My care and attention were limited to the 64-bit version, apparently, which is fine.

There are no functional code changes in this release, but simply reusing the previous version number could create confusion, since there would then be identically-named DLL files out there with different dependencies. Bumping the version avoids that, and afforded me the chance to fix some minor cosmetic problems at the same time.

More than 7 weeks after getting this bright idea in my head, I'm done! For now. This is a pre-release, still early, no doubt there's bugs everywhere. I'm happy with what the plugin can do at the moment, though, so here it is. I command you to try it out and have fun.
