xMWFAHK is an autohotkey script that provides users of the Windows 10 operstaing system with two features missing from the grphical interphase: snapping windows and transparant windows. To install, simply ensure that you have autohotkey v>0.5 installed (https://www.autohotkey.com/) and double click the alwaysOnTop.ahk script.

Win+Space toggles snapping windows

Win+Alt+(x) where x is a number 1-4, 1 being the least transparant and 4 being the most transforms the trasparancy levels.

Win+Alt+0 return the window to the default tranparancy.
