As discussed in #593 , this is a WIP implementation of a task whose only purpose is to wait for "work tasks" being sent to a queue. The task then executes the requested callback functions with the lowest priority.
We should discuss if something like this is useful. I believe it is better to have this separated from the timers.

Note this is WIP, so I have not yet implemented every detail (like for instance static allocation).

I am not sure this should necessarily be a part of kernel but it certainly is a good demo. Would you rather contribute this as a demo to this repo - https://github.com/FreeRTOS/FreeRTOS-Partner-Supported-Demos
