8.33 support

This adds the ability to tune 8.33 channels in the radios tuning window (fix SF #6)

I know, and i added links to the tickets there... is that enough?
Or what is needed (should i prepare a git format-patch and attach it there?)

Submit a patch at SourceForge is best as this may be outta sync (sometimes repository is replaced as part of mirror process)

OK, i added patch files to the tickets there.
(They were developed against the SF repo)

Is the Project still alive? It looks like Wolfram is not very active with this anymore.
