Why? The most non technical users having EVE-O run like a portable app with all the files in a single folder is an advantage. Not putting the idea down, just trying to understand the advantage. If it's to have the settings persist then a change should also be made to the client to reset all configs so that basic users don't have to try and find the config file to delete it |

It was a feature request in the github page, I merely implemented it because it was requested. What happens to it after that isn't really my problem. |

Moves the config files location to:
C:\Users<user>\AppData\Roaming\EVE-O Preview\EVE-O Preview.json
This should allow for installs from anywhere.
