Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The UI of the contact section is not that pleasant, also I tried with a test message and send it no toast came up for successful sending of the email.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to improve the UI/UX of Contact section further more I would like to implement the toast feature on successful sending of email as a part of GSSOC'23.

I have modified the contact section and applied the colors which match with website UI. Further more I implemented toast functionality which will show error messages and success message accordingly. You can see the attached screenshots for reference. I have created a PR please have a look!

@SahityaRoy can you please merge the PR Toast functionality and contact section UI done #456. It has been approved by the reviewer, i am not getting the merge option at my end. that's why can you do merge please.
