With some minor modifications this is the same code which was used to release the 2nd edition of En ulovlig bok?
The generated cover does not match the one used on Lulu, and you have to do make coverpictures and then some manual massage to get the same result as in the print edition. We hope to have this fully automated in the future. The actual cover used is attached in this release.
