Join our Discord. We've built the world's largest community of web3 devs.
Here's what you'll get:
β a group of internet friends to build with.
β the ability to earn NFTs as you build stuff.
β access to web3 experts who can answer any question you have.
At buildspace we are committed to creating high-quality projects that are both educational and enjoyable. We believe that by providing engaging and well-written content, we can help others learn about the exciting world of the decentralized web. However, we understand that even the most carefully-crafted projects can have mistakes or areas for improvement. That's why we've made all of our lessons open source, so that members of the community can help us identify and fix any issues, and also contribute their own ideas and enhancements.
By working together and collaborating on our projects, we can help ensure that they are as informative and effective as possible. And by sharing our knowledge and expertise, we can help others to learn about the decentralized web and join us in building a more decentralized and open future. Whether you're a seasoned developer or just starting out, we welcome your contributions and feedback. Together, let's conquer the decentralized web and build a better future π€.
Any and all contributions are welcome! GitHub makes it insanely easy to make contributions directly within their web app! Follow this short guide on how to edit one of our Markdown lessons right here within GitHub!
Rather watch a video? Check out this two minute video, by Alec from buildspace, for submitting a contribution to a lesson!
You will notice in each project folder there is an en
and es
folder. We are in the process of translating our projects to Spanish!
If you are contributing to the English version, make sure your changes are done in the en/
folder. If you are contributing to the Spanish version, make sure to make your changes in the es/
folder!
Each project aligns with the content on your buildspace dashboard. Find the file you want to change and open up a Pull Request for it! Someone from the buildspace team will take a look at it ASAP!
We want to give a huge shoutout to @czarfreak for helping push forward our first fully translated project -- Build a Web3 app with Solidity.
We want to bring buildspace projects to everyone around the world but we need your help. We are looking for people to help translate our projects in every language possible!
If you are interested in becoming part of the buildspace translator crew send a DM to alec#8853
on Discord to get access!
Before doing any translation work, please make sure someone hasn't already done it! We have a number of projects that are being actively translated and are not visible on the app. Please check here to make sure you don't duplicate work :)
You have access to all of the content right here in GitHub!
You and thousands of other devs are in this together. When you sign up for a project, you are placed in a group of devs who are there to help you succeed! Check out our Discord to see what all the hype is about!
Get access to multiple sessions of collaborative coding! Here you will be able to ask questions directly to the instructor and others in your cohort! All while hacking along to epic Lo-Fi Tunes.
That's right. Be one of the first 100 people to complete your buildspace project and claim your very own, custom NFT π€.
Feel free to submit an issue here to help us keep track of things that need to be fixed.
