As I've been playing around with workflow files, I've been exploring different techniques to reduce the boilerplate... because.. it's ridiculous.
Here in this PR is a solution that I'm pretty happy with. Good defaults, respects volta, has dep cache.
Only thing left is to optionally throw the turborepo server on there.
Obvs ya'll can take it or leave it, but maintaining less is always nice 🥳
