Tests: Fix Invalid API Credentials

Summary

• Runs tests against latest WordPress version
• Fixes testInvalidAPICredentials to assert the expected message returned from the API
• Adds testNoAPICredentials to assert the expected message is returned from the API

Existing tests now pass.
