Is this a generic app, or one specially designed for Bloomington, IN, USA?

This is a generic app that should work with any Open311 server. The list of cities participating in Open311 is at: http://wiki.open311.org/GeoReport_v2/Servers.

I get a compilation error when trying to build the project cloned from GitHub (AvailableServers.plist). How do I fix it?

If you try to build the project you just cloned from GitHub, you should get the "The file 'AvailableServers.plist' couldn’t be opened because there is no such file" error. The easiest way to fix this is to go to GeoReporter/GeoReporter/Supporting Files and rename the AvailableServers.example.plist file to AvailableServers.plist.
