ClimateChangeFacetsFishCommunity

📦 Data and R code used in Leclerc et al. (in prep) to investigate the direct and indirect effects of climate change on the trophic and size structure of freshwater fish communities, which may be mediated by biological invasions.

Repository overview

This repository is structured as follow:

📁 ClimateChangeFacetsFishCommunity/ (root of the compendium)
├── 📁 data/ (contains raw-data (read-only and should never be changed))
├── 📁 outputs/ (contains all intermediate and final results sorted by topic)
├── 📁 rfunctions/ (contains the R functions developed for this project)
└── 📁 rscripts/ (contains R scripts organized by topic for running specific analysis)

Running instructions

Used softwares:

version 4.2.2 or greater

version 2022.12.0 or greater

  • Install (if necessary) and load all required packages
  • Load all required functions
