Create a notebook to compare modelled sea ice from OM2 results against observations.
Most of the observations are pulled directly from the URL using a DAP server. I am not sure of the long term stability of this server (its very new) but the actual data product is very well established.
Closes #50
No observations for sea ice volume are included because there is no clear product to compare against.
