Goals:

• Complete User Story 2 (Issue #17) - Bug Log.
• Complete User Story 1 (Issue #18) - Content Filtering.
• Add automated testing for features added in User Stories 1 (Issue #18), 2 (Issue #17), and 4 (Issue #15).
• Create the UserGuide.md file containing user documentation of the new features.
