Added Stryker Mutator Tool

Successfully installed the Stryker tool.

Stryker is a mutation testing framework. It helps assess the quality of unit tests. Mutation testing is a technique that introduces small changes (or "mutations") to your codebase and then runs your tests to see if they fail. The purpose is to ensure that your tests are thorough and can detect these intentional "bugs" if they can, it suggests the tests are effective; if not, it highlights gaps in test coverage.

The current version of Stryker that installed is 8.6.
