massCompat - Add custom HV 40x53mm HE and HEDP grenades

This PR will:

• Adds an M384 HE grenade based on the vanilla G_40mm_HE
  • Creates both 48 and 96 round magazines
• Adds an M430A1 HEDP grenade based on the vanilla G_40mm_HEDP
  • Creates both 48 and 96 round magazines
• Creates a magazineWell (potato_HV_40x53mm) for the added HV 40x53mm grenades
  • Adds the magazineWell to the Vanilla AGL weapon
  • Adds the magazineWell to the CUP Mk 19 AGL weapon
• Updates the setVehicleAmmo 3DEN interface function to check for a weapon's magazineWell class for compatible magazines.
